- 1980 Jan
- Aoki Kikai Shokai (Aoki Machine Tools Company) is established in Suita, Osaka after Osamu Aoki (a founder of AK Technos) resigned Yamazen Co., Ltd.
- 1996 Jan
- Moved the office to Aramoto, Higashi-Osaka, and opened a warehouse
- 2003 May
- Incorporated a business. AK Technos co., Ltd. is established.
- 2005 Jan
- Moved the head office to Honjo, in the Higashi-Osaka machine wholesalers' complex.
- 2007 Oct
- Moved the warehouse to Shinjo, Higashi-Osaka (3 min walk from the office), and named it to "AKT Machine Center".
- 2013 Aug
- New sales office is set up in Yokohama, Kanagawa.
- 2014 Sep
- Formalized the Sales Department into the New machine Div and the Used machine Div.
- 2015 Apr
- Motoharu Shimizu becomes president.
- 2015 Aug
- Opened a sales office in Bangkok, Thailand.
